To start the keto diet, all you need is Lifetime Keto a food list and some water! You can either print out this food list or save it on your computer so that you have everything ready when you go on vacation. Once you’ve gathered all of your ingredients (listed in subsection 2), head over to your chosen restaurant and order your typical meal sans carbohydrates! Be sure to drink plenty of water along the way as dehydration can hinder progress on the keto diet.
