Our studio is expanded by Diksha Yoga Yoga Teacher Training in Goa. We don't advocate for a general transmission or preach from any particular doctrine. Accessibility, profundity, intuition, humor, and appreciating the beauty of our flaws are values that we hold dear. We consider loud laughing to be as sacred as a silent oah. In a special package, we provide a strong foundation for learning the abilities required to teach a yoga session. We are essentially fusionists, purposefully fusing our own voices with the wise counsel of our yogic forebears and current leaders in consciousness-raising initiatives. We use our collective wisdom to identify the teacher, even though many yoga schools aim to preserve the teachings of a particular guru from a yoga lineage.
