The Final Showdown is the ultimate challenge in MLB The Show 25's Showdown mode, where all your preparation, strategic decisions, and MLB The Show 25 Stubs progress come to a head. It’s the final test of your team-building, batting, and pitching skills, offering a high-stakes, high-reward experience. Here's what you need to know about the Final Showdown and how to succeed in it.

Overview of the Final Showdown
The Final Showdown is the last encounter in the Showdown mode. It pits you against a boss team made up of elite players with high-level stats. In this showdown, you’ll need to overcome a deficit (typically a set number of runs you’re behind) in order to win the game and complete the Showdown.

How the Final Showdown Works
Starting Deficit:

At the start of the Final Showdown, you’ll be presented with a deficit, which represents the number of runs you need to make up to win the game.

This deficit is based on the encounters you’ve completed in the previous stages of the Showdown. If you’ve won mini-bosses and other encounters, you’ll start the Final Showdown with a smaller deficit, making it easier to overcome.

Tip: The more encounters you win (especially mini-bosses), the easier your Final Showdown will be, as you’ll start with more runs added to buy MLB The Show 25 Stubs your score.
