Meet Shah Atiqur Rahman, Software Engineering Manager, Listing Intelligence. We spoke to him about his role in leading our Listing Intelligence (Search) team and the methods which he makes a distinction at Realtor.com. Here's what he said: Q. Tell us about your team. A. We own nine backend search services that are core to the company's success. Among the most crucial is the Search API, which powers results on the Search engine result page. Our tech stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Docker, EKS and AWS artifacts. We also work carefully with the Machine Learning team to bring AI-driven features to the consumer experience, such as search relevancy enhancements and AI-powered search. We're a collaborative, friendly team that focuses on strong onboarding and continuous assistance. New staff member are directed through the ramp-up process till they're positive taking full ownership of their work. Each group member is practical to other staff member when facing obstacles. We value a culture where wins are well known openly, and obstacles are owned together. We likewise make time for team-building, whether it's virtual hangouts or in-person parties, to keep camaraderie strong. Q. What's your biggest accomplishment so far at Realtor.com? A.
