How I cancel my alarm on my iphone, simply open the Clock app, tap on the "Alarm" tab, and locate the active alarm. Swipe left on the alarm and tap "Delete" to cancel it. Alternatively, you can also tap the alarm switch to turn it off without deleting it permanently.
